Elyse Gregory

Elyse Gregory carried out a Bachelor in Social Science, International Development and Globalization at the University of Ottawa. During her studies, she developed an interest in the transformative role of education in sustainable development, peacebuilding, and reducing global inequalities. Her passion for education has been shaped by a range of impactful experiences, including contributing to children’s rights research and supporting international development projects that promote access to education for marginalized youth and women in her role as an international development analyst at Global Affairs Canada. Elyse also led her university’s Right to Play club, organizing activities and discussions at local primary schools on topics such as gender equality, mental and physical health, peace, and inclusion.
